Now that the colder weather is back, Lailas Eczema has started to make it’s appearance. To releave the rough patches and itchyness, her Mommy made her a remedy by using Raw Shea Butter. She mixed it with Aloe Vera, Rose Water, Almond Oil, Tea Tree oil and Rosemary Oil.
Aloe Vera helps heal and sooth the skin after sun exposure. Rose Water is known to have anti-inflammatory properties, both Tea Tree and Rosemary Oils have antiseptic properties and Almond Oil contains large amounts of Vitamins A, B & D. Raw shea butter retains the most natural vitamins, especially vitamins A and E, whereas refined shea butter has usually been extracted with hexane or other petroleum solvents and some antioxidants or preservatives may also be added.
